Windows 7

The much anticipated follow-up to Windows Vista is out! We've reviewed it before and after its final release and have nothing but good things to say. The cosmetic changes are very appealing and in some cases very functional. The real change comes from the speed increases over Windows Vista though. We're seeing about a 20% speed boost on the systems we've loaded it on. 7 uses less memory and system resources than Vista did. This has been a great boost! All in all, Windows 7 is living up to its promotion (unlike Vista's poor showing). It's definitely worth the upgrade from Vista. If you have XP, you may not care to upgrade for the new flashier interface, but it's definitely worth it when you get a new computer.
